Keladry Counseling

“to healing:
just when i thought i never would,
i woke up and felt a little less pain.
i walked a little faster,
stood a little taller,
smiled a little wider.
just when i thought i never could,
i put myself back together.”

- Shelby Leigh

Lilli Keladry Mental Health Therapy

About Me

Welcome! I am Lilli Keladry (they/them) a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington (LH60637328). I have been practicing psychology for a decade. Prior to beginning my private practice, I worked at a community mental health center where I provided therapy to teens, adults and families. Though I draw from an array of therapeutic lenses including psychodynamic, trauma-informed and attachment-based therapies, at the root I believe that for therapy to be effective it must be a safe and warm relationship where your thoughts, feelings, and lived experience may be explored and addressed.

Outside of therapy, I often will be relaxing with a book, going for a walk or run, and spending time with my family.

Services & Philosophy

I work with individual adults with an assortment of experiences including but not limited to:

  • anxiety

  • self-esteem

  • depression

  • life transitions

  • family of origin

  • identity and intersectionality

  • infertility and pregnancy

  • relationship issues

  • systems and cultures of oppression

As your therapist, I strive to foster emotional safety, curiosity and connection so that we may begin to enter some of the more painful and complex parts of your experience.  Engaging in the therapeutic process will offer you the opportunity to slow down and connect more deeply with yourself, your lived experiences, and your own nervous system, as well as bolster greater awareness and ability to navigate the relationships and systems in your life. In my experience meeting on at least a weekly basis provides the most generative impact.

I deeply value your perspective on your culture and identity, as well as stressors you may be experiencing that arise from prejudice and oppression. It is an honor for me to have the opportunity to both get to know you and support you in your process of healing.
